Are you ready to elevate your counselling career and become a qualified supervisor in just 2 months instead of the typical 30-week commitment?

Join our Accelerated Supervision Training Programme featuring comprehensive online learning followed by an immersive 3-day residential component at the beautiful Denmark House in Kent! This unique training is specifically designed for qualified counsellors who want to efficiently transition into supervisory roles without compromising on quality or depth of learning.

Why This Training Programme Is Different:

  • Accelerated Format: Complete your supervision qualification in just 2 months rather than the standard 30 weeks offered by other providers.
  • Balanced Learning Structure: Access the comprehensive online theory component in July, complete 10 peer practice sessions with a fellow course participant, and finish with 6 supervised sessions during the residential weekend.
  • Expert Residential Training: Learn directly from Shirley Marais, an experienced supervision course trainer, who will provide personalised guidance and assessment during the residential component.
  • Real-World Application: Practice with peers from the course who understand the framework, eliminating the stress of finding external supervisees during your training period.
  • Limited Group Size: With only 8 residential places and 4 Day Passes available, you'll receive personalised attention and feedback throughout your training journey.

What's Included in the Training:

  • Part 1: Comprehensive online modules covering the complete Seven-Eyed Model, supervision foundations, adaptation across different therapeutic approaches, ethical considerations, and practical implementation strategies.
  • Pre-Residential Assignment: Complete one practical assignment applying the theoretical concepts to demonstrate your understanding before the residential component.
  • Part 2: A 3-day residential experience (17th-19th October 2025) featuring supervised practice, personalised feedback, and assessment of your developing supervisory style.
  • Post-Residential Assignment: Consolidate your learning with a final assignment that integrates theory with your practical experience from the course.
  • Practical Component: 10 peer supervision sessions between the online and residential components, plus 6 additional assessed sessions during the residential weekend.
  • Full Accommodation: Two nights' fully inclusive stay at Denmark House in Kent.

Certification:

Upon successful completion of both components and assignments, you'll receive certification in Counselling Supervision, demonstrating your competence in applying the Seven-Eyed Model and readiness to take on supervisory responsibilities.
