Cancellation & Refund Policy

Live EMDR Training Events

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our cancellation and refund policy. 

Please review the terms below before booking your place.

Deposit & Payments

    •    A £150 deposit is required to secure your place on the training.

    •    This deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.


Cancellation & Refunds

    •    If you cancel before two months before the event start date, you will receive a 50% refund of your total payment, minus the non-refundable deposit.

    •    If you cancel on or after 2 months before the event date, no refund will be issued.


Transferring Your Place

    •    After the two-month deadline, if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else, provided:

    •    The replacement meets the attendance criteria for the training.

    •    You do not charge more than the price you originally paid.

    •    You inform us in writing and provide the new participant’s details for approval before transferring your place.


Converting to the Online Version
    •    If you wish to switch from the in-person training to the online version, you may do so by paying the difference in cost, minus the non-refundable deposit.

    •    This option is available up until the event start date.

    •    Please contact us to arrange the transfer and confirm the pricing  adjustment.
