Refund Policy

By registering and paying for an Online Course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation and Refunds:

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to cancel your course enrolment at any time under the terms outlined below:

Standard Cancellation Period:

You have a 30-day cancellation period from the date of payment to request a full refund, provided you have not accessed the course materials. If you start the course within this period, you forfeit your right to a full refund.

Refund Requests:

All requests for refunds should be directed to [email protected]. Please allow up to 30 days for the processing of your refund. If your payment was made through a payment plan, refunds will be issued accordingly.

Pre-Sale Courses:

Pre-sale course purchases are refundable for 30 days following the official release or go-live date of the course, no justification required as long as not started.

Beyond the Standard Refund Period:

After the 30-day period, a partial credit note may be issued at the discretion of management.

Transfer of Enrollment:

Beyond the 30-day refund period, you may transfer your course enrollment to another therapist for courses priced over £500. Please contact us to facilitate the transfer, providing the name of the new enrollee.

This policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring that we can continue to deliver high-quality educational content to our students.

Pre-Sale Course Terms and Conditions

Pre-Sale courses are offered prior to their actual development to gauge and foster interest. This approach enables us to allocate resources efficiently based on the demand projected during the pre-sale phase. Should the interest level justify development, the course will subsequently be created.

Estimated Release Dates:

We endeavour to provide an estimated release date for each Pre-Sale course; however, please be advised that these dates are tentative and subject to change. In the unlikely event that a course is not developed, participants will receive a full refund.

Rights and Responsibilities:

We reserve the right to suspend/terminate training at any point to preserve the integrity and constructive nature of our educational environment. Similarly, we expect participants to reciprocate this respect to ensure a mature and harmonious relationship. During the term of this agreement, any conduct deemed inappropriate or unacceptable will lead to the termination of this agreement. Unacceptable actions include, but are not limited to:

1. Any form of bullying or stalking behaviours. .

2. Disparaging remarks about former clients or employers, especially those we may both be acquainted with.

3. Electronic communications, including emails and social media interactions, that are hurtful, disparaging, or malicious.

4. Communicating threats or any content with a threatening undertone.

5. Correspondence that is unacceptable, mean-spirited, or overly demanding.

6. Exhibiting rudeness or a lack of courtesy.
