Why choose the Rewind Technique?

This course will take you step by step on how to deliver the Rewind Technique with a script and prompt sheet included.

Rewind was developed for post-traumatic stress (PTSD) symptoms and phobias which can usually be removed using the Rewind Technique.

The technique is really easy to learn and will become a valuable and essential part of your toolkit to be able to work successfully with most anxiety disorders stemming from a traumatic event. In as little as 2 sessions you can cure traumatised memories, flashbacks, nightmares and other PTSD symptoms, cure phobias and reduce anxiety, so you can help clients who have experienced any form of past traumatic event or other life-threatening experiences.

Known as a therapy that is ‘Closure without Disclosure’ - it's a non-intrusive technique with no need for your clients to go into all the specific details of the events that have traumatised them, although it's likely you will already know most of the details to have assessed that the technique will benefit them. This technique helps avoid embedding the trauma further by the client having to keep repeating it.
