Why choose PTSD?

All of us will encounter high level stress throughout our lives, sometimes, daily! When a strong emotional response to an extremely stressful or disturbing situation diminishes a person’s ability to cope, it can be considered as traumatic.
While trauma doesn’t always directly lead to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), it's beneficial for those who have witnessed or experienced trauma, as well as their loved ones, to know the signs and symptoms of PTSD, ways to treat it, and how to seek help. This CPD will cover this.

Trauma can vary in severity and impact, approximately 1 in 3 people who experience severe trauma also experience PTSD.

PTSD is a condition that can apply to anyone who has witnessed or experienced traumatic, life-threatening, or life-changing events.

This course is packed with 25 handouts to aid you. This course issues you with a 4 CPD hour certificate once completed.
